All of us are customers for something. I have had good service in grocery stores, restaurants, department stores, and I have had bad service. I want my clients to put me in the "good service" category, and my motto is "putting your needs first." I always answer my phone; I know how to sell property--price, enhancement, promotion; and I participate in all phases of the transaction from taking your first telephone call to taking calls from buyers to attending the inspections and overseeing all aspects of the closing. As property prices have risen, I have lowered my commission so that my buyer and seller clients can enjoy the benefits of their real estate vision.
